Customers wishing to enter the housing market in spain or Gibraltar will now be able to benefit from new mortgage products offered by the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.
For those focusing on buying property on the island of Gibraltar, the Norwich & Peterborough Gibraltar buy-to-let mortgage is available, providing customers with a rate that is one per cent above the Bank of England's base rate for the term of the loan.
Additionally, the Spanish tracker mortgage offers a rate of that is 0.75 per cent over the Bank of England base rate for the loan's term and the rate of the Spanish further advance is the Bank of England base rate plus 0.89 per cent for the term.
